This was inspired by Chinese calligraphy of the word 福 (Blessing) on red paper that people hang in their houses for the Lunar New Year.

I am a student with many dreams and aspirations, and cooking/baking is one of them.
The ChewBeccary was founded based on my passion for baking. Hence, the pun. (Beccary= Bakery)
Why "chew"?
Well, I have been obsessed with chewy things from gummy bears to chewing gum, pizza dough, and even dried cuttlefish for a long time. I found it hard to find chewy cookies, so I decided to make my own.
